Founder
Satyam Tandon.
Service-first hotelier. Satyam spent over a decade inside luxury operations — rostering dawn shifts, costing menus to the rupee, training teams that remember regulars by name.
As Operations General Manager at Kiora, he ran the entire property. In December 2025 he bottled that floor craft into Luxero Hospitality Solutions — and opened with back-to-back nights at Taj: Christmas, then New Year's Eve.

Team leader to supervisor to F&B executive — bars, rotas, costs, line checks.
2020 – 2023
Restaurant Manager, Lucknow
Runs the room end to end — people, inventory, guests, numbers.
2023 – 2024
F&B Manager, City Palace Jaipur
Owns SOPs, budgets, costing and targets for a palace operation.
2024 – 2025
Operations General Manager, Kiora
Runs the whole operation — the chair before the leap.

Founds Luxero Hospitality Solutions
Opens with a Christmas event at Taj, then a New Year party on 31 December at Taj.
